Tyler Tollefson B.Sc., JD, MBA, CEC, ACC
Tyler is a recognized leader who is known as a trusted advisor, thinking partner and executive coach who fortifies his work on entrepreneurial and innovative leadership with 25 years of progressively senior business experience.
Throughout his career, he has worked with individuals and teams to create the necessary conditions to achieve performance tied to specified business objectives. In 2018, he co-founded the Business Excellence Group, which provides services designed to assist senior leaders and their teams in establishing and pursuing visionary objectives. These services are delivered in an ethical and courageous method with an edge.
Velma Tollefson B.A.(Eng), B.Ed
An organized, experienced and resourceful educator with over 20 years’ experience. Recognized by colleagues for competent and caring interaction. Velma ensures that participants thrive under specific guided learning, while being immersed in fun experiences with the focus on business outcomes.
Velma is co-founder and also works with the Business Excellence Group in design, preparation and review of all educational and course content and materials.
Marcia Benko CEC, CPA, CMA
Driven by her passionate interests in profitability management, leadership, strategy, organizational change and cultures Marcia has combined her wealth of experience and genuine interest in people with a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (CEC) through Royal Roads University. She is also pursuing additional accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her vision is to co-create with executives, senior to mid-level managers, high potentials, teams and entrepreneurs in all industries to become a catalyst to maximize personal, professional and/or organizational potential and results.
